Every project has different requirements. Clear Energy Capital has a network of over 500 financing relationships that provide everything from tax equity financing and bridge and traditional debt to equity (JV and traditional) and mezzanine.
Clear Energy Capital participates in all levels of commercial solar projects. From 500 KW projects for a singly off-taker, to 50MW micro-grids with thousands of individual off-takers.
Clear Energy Capital can play various roles, depending on the needs of our partners and clients. We can solely source fund for your project, or we can act as an active co-developer with you.
Clear Energy Capital has a strong track record of working with EPC’s to assist in financing many projects with various tax equity partners and institutional debt. We have also co-developed projects with EPC’s to successfully complete their projects from engineering to utility interconnects negotiations to COD.
Clear Energy Capital works with our partners to identify the scope of all any engagements. Depending on the agreed upon project, we charge on a per watt basis and only on a SUCCESS FEE basis. “If you do not close, we do not get paid”.
Clear Energy Capital can source the capital required within the first 2 weeks of the project. Closing of financing (assuming all third parties requirements are complete) can be concluded within 2 weeks of identifying the agreed upon financing sources for the project.
At first, we analyse the project and determine its feasibility and fund-ability? Once these are approved, we prepare a timeline dependent on the scope of the project and all parties memorialize it via an engagement agreement. Our project engineers and client delivery associates will work with you through to project completion or close of financing.
Clearnote Capital LLC is the sister company of Clear Energy Capital. Clearnote provides all types of infrastructure financing focused on development and financing of real estate assets.
Clear Energy Capital can place solar on your existing building by performing a feasibility study. If the building warrants a benefit great enough for you, we will install solar on your building. Clear Energy Capital can also financing ground up commercial development with or without a solar component.
Clear Energy Capital will prepare a financial assessment for your facility and determine exactly how much money you can save by installing solar energy. If you agree, we will then finance the majority or all of the solar installation.
The average installation for a 2-4 MW system can take 6 weeks from the point approval have been granted and the project is deemed “shovel ready”.
